WEDDING BREAKFAST – BUFFET STYLE
(This has a £3-00 per head surcharge)
- Roast sirloin of Beef, Horseradish canapé
- Norfolk Turkey breast, Cranberry canapé
- Smoked Ham with honey glazed peaches,
- A whole dressed Salmon surrounded by prawns,
crab and smoked salmon. - Hot mustard Pork and Lincolnshire sausage platter.
All served with a seasonal selection of summer salads and
warm new potatoes.
MENU SELECTION CONDITIONS
1. To compile your own menu please select one starter,
one main and one dessert from the menu selections.
2. Any vegetarian and/or special dietary requirements
will be catered for but please try to inform us of these
well before the day!
3. If a choice of starter is required please add a charge of
£1-00 per person to your calculations. This also applies
to a choice of dessert, although ice-cream can be a
children's option at no extra cost!
4. Tea or coffee and a chocolate mint is supplied after
your chosen meal inclusive, although, if you prefer
something more indulgent, for just 50p per person you
can choose a luxury handmade alternative of either
Scottish shortbread, chocolate dipped coconut ice or
chocolate and walnut fudge. You can pick just one or a
choice of two of the above!
